Hilary Duff is the most kissable sweet make-up look I’ve ever seen. Her smokey eyes with glossy natural lips can flatter anyone who see her. By coordinating look of soft pink, gold, and brown to achieve her look.
The very first thing to do before applying your make-up like her is make sure that you have a clean face, exfoliated and moisturized. And next with your concealer, cover all the areas that need coverage, try to apply your foundation and set it with powder.
I know a lot of people don???t like using blush, but this stage is very important. And make sure that you choose a nice pinky shade. By applying blush on your cheekbone in light layers will make you achieve a healthy glow.
For your eyes, you can apply a pearly gold shade on your lid, and with a slightly lighter tone apply only to the brow bone and blend it. Use a dark brown eye liner, line the top part of your lashes, take a q-tip, blend the eye liner will create a nice smokey finish. Next, give aline to the the bottom and top lashes with a thin line of black eyeliner. Put tons of mascara and individual false eye lashes will make a more dramatic look to your make up style. Don’t forget to define your eye brows.
And on your lips, use a light pink lipstick and apply one coat, and top with lots of gloss.
