Kara Monaco, a former Walt Disney World dancer who used to dress up as Cinderella and Snow White was named Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Year and she???s jetting to Louisville for her first public appearance. She will host the Crown Royal Playboy Club at 11 p.m. Friday at Felt inside Fourth Street Live and will be joined by a bevy of celebs at the exclusive affair, including Chris ???Ludacris??? Bridges (???Crash,??? ???Hustle & Flow???), rocker Tommy Lee, Gabrielle Union (???The Honeymooners???), James Lesure (NBC???s ???Las Vegas???), Jaime Pressly (NBC???s ???My Name is Earl???) and tennis superstar Serena Williams.
The blue-eyed, blond haired beauty is featured in a 10-page image pictorial in Playboy’s June issue.
Kara Monaco is a former cast member at the Magic Kingdom. She worked in costume and danced in parades at Disney World as seven different characters including Snow White, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and the Little Mermaid. Kara’s sun-kissed good looks caught Playboy’s attention and the blond stunner went on to become Miss June 2005. She is the first June Centerfold to be named Playmate of the Year. She is a featured instructor on two Envy series workout videos and has appeared on CSI: Miami and in the pages of Men’s Fitness. She is currently based in Los Angeles where she is pursuing modeling and acting work.
For winning the title, Kara Monaco ??? the first June centerfold to be named PMOY ??? will receive $100,000 in cash, a red and black 2006 Honda CBR1000RR sport motorcycle, and a 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 Super Bee in Detonator Yellow from Playboy Enterprises Inc., company founder Hugh Hefner announced at the Playboy Mansion.
Hugh Hefner presented her with these gifts and he looked in great shape at 80 years old. Last years Playmate of the Year, Tiffany Fallon, was also there with her husband Joe Don Rooney of the band ‘Rascal Flatts’ who are currently #1 of the Billboard charts. They sang a song on stage to Hugh Hefner.
