Weight Watchers offers the following tips to create fun, easy, and nutritious spring holiday gift baskets that will support a healthy lifestyle for every member of your family:
For the little tykes: A healthy holiday gift basket doesn’t necessary mean eliminating all of the sweets that youngsters love. Instead, intermingle candy and chocolates with fresh fruits, nuts, and raisins. In addition, consider including a jump rope, baseball, or other toy to motivate your child to get outdoors and enjoy the warm spring weather.
For the man in your life: Holiday gift baskets can be enjoyed by adults as well as children. For your father, husband, or brother, in addition to a selection of fruits, you may want to include fine coffees or teas in their basket.
