Lindsay Lohan has been wearing a huge diamond ring given to her by her boyfriend Harry Morton. A source close to Lindsay – who is said to be engaged to millionaire heir Harry Morton – claims the actress said: “Mom, I’m getting married.” The source told America’s Star magazine: “Lindsay explained that Harry gave her a gorgeous ring and that he asked her to marry him.”
Speculation was sparked after Harry, the heir to the Hard Rock Caf?? chain, was spotted buying a diamond ring at Cartier, in Beverly Hills, last month.
According to Lindsay’s mom Dina, it is just a ???very sweet gift??? from her honey, Harry! But many tabloid magazines have reported that the couple either intend to tie the knot soon or that they’ve already gotten secretly married!
And it looks like Lindsay Lohan is living by her own rules in her relationship with Harry Morton – and he???s not agreed to them. Lindsay Lohan upset her boyfriend on Sunday night (10.09.06) by flirting all evening with the DJ when were invited to swanky English manor Cliveden House where they spent the evening in a tent set up by trendy London club Boujis.
A partygoer told that Lindsay was “all over??? the DJ, Sam Young ???like a rash.” Another spy said, “When [Lindsay and Harry] arrived at the bash, they were chatting to everyone. But once in the Boujis tent, Lindsay made a beeline for Sam. She soon got carried away and she and Sam ended up DJing together. Then she began stroking his back and being really playful. At one stage, they even swapped numbers!”
???[Harry] kept trying to drag her away and in the end, Lindsay got so fed up with him that she went out to the balcony, had a blazing row and gave him a mouthful??? then she went back to flirting with Sam.??? Harry accused Lindsay of ???not paying him enough attention??? while Lindsay told Harry to ???being so insecure???.
If Lindsay and Harry keep clashing over her fondness for flirting, they???re in for trouble. Lohan???s been linked to more men this year than all of the other Hollywood starlets combined. If there???s one thing this fiery redhead likes, it???s variety. Let???s hope Harry learns to lose the jealousy. Oh dear, and after he bought her that lovely ring as well???
Meanwhile, Jane Fonda has praised a movie executive’s criticism of Lindsay Lohan’s partying lifestyle, because she wants the 20-year-old to fulfil her huge potential. Lohan’s co-star in her last movie, “Georgia Rule”, Jane Fonda thinks that in spite of the fact that she???s a young, talented actress, she must cut down with the parties and get some discipline. Fonda agreed with Robinson???s warning letter to Lindsay, in an interview airing on Access Hollywood, Lohan came under fire from James G. Robinson, the CEO of Morgan Creek Production, in July, after she repeatedly failed to stick to her shooting schedule on the film “Georgia Rule.”
Fonda hopes Lohan has learned her lesson: “I think every once in a while a very, very young person who is burning both ends of the candles needs to have somebody say, ‘You know you’re going to pay the piper — you better slow down.’ So I think it was good.”
Even though she praised her talent, the legendary actress who plays the role of Lohan???s grandmother in the movie, explained why she agreed with Robinson.
???She???s in the magazines, so you always know what she???s doing because you can just read about it in the tabloids. She parties all the time??? And you know, she???s young and she can get away with it. But, you know, it???s hard after a while to party very hard and work very hard. I want to say to her, ???This is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. If you blow it, you don???t get a second chance.??????
Despite the fact that she agreed with the letter???s content, Jane Fonda is still very fond of Lindsay. ???I just want to take her in my arms and hold her until she becomes grown-up. She???s so young and she???s so alone out there in the world in terms of structure and, you know, people to nurture her. And she???s so talented. Oh my gosh she can access emotion like nothing. And she just makes me cry. She made me cry a lot and when she was on the set she was really good, it???s going to be a good movie.???
