Jennifer Aniston badly wanted to get a second nose job done ever since she went in for the first one – and finally she turned to well-known Indian plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia for rhinoplasty. Word has it that Aniston wanted to correct an earlier nose job since she had it done more than a decade ago. So she went to esteemed Indian plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia, who has offices in Beverly Hills, for a second rhinoplasty earlier this month. The California beauty had a procedure to correct a deviated septum according to her rep and now she is waiting to heal.
???Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job,??? an insider close to Jen tells Us. ???She always said how lousy it was and that her nose was still too wide.??? Aniston came out of Kanodia’s clinic after four hours with black-and-blue marks around her nose, upper lip and eyebrow.
Until we can get a good peek at the results, all we can say for sure is that her grip on the ???hottest Friend??? title is now locked through 2012, barring Matt LeBlanc getting some major butt implants. To correct a deviated pelvis, of course.
And like other television watchers, Jen is a fan and is taking in some American Idol on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, according to a report from Life & Style Weekly. The California beauty has already stated on several occasions that she is ready for a family and that she would love to be a mother and the quickest way to get to that point would be to adopt. There have been steady reports that is exactly what the ‘Break Up’ star is planning but one report claims that she may be considering doubling up, and will adopt two children.
The National Enquirer claims the actress will legally adopt two newborn babies, but wants at least one of them to be a girl.
She longs for a baby girl,” revealed a source. “But she’s not intending to stop at one! Jen has decided on two of similar ages, and if the opportunity to take a boy comes first she’ll wait for the girl.” Aniston hopes to adopt the children locally in Los Angeles, rather than following the examples of others in going abroad to adopt.
Being childless hasn’t stopped Jennifer Aniston from shopping for baby items, again. The ex-Mrs.Pitt dropped over $900 on a baby basket, blue puppy slippers, a musical bear, a blanket and a $410 diaper bag at the hip West Hollywood boutique Petit Tresor. Aniston is a fan of the shop, having previously stopped in to purchase items for Courteney Cox’s daughter, Coco.

Aniston split from actor boyfriend Vince Vaughn last year. She is next to be seen in ‘friend’ Courtney Cox’s new TV show THE DIRT.
