A thorough spa treatment in a spa center can be fairly expensive, but why rob yourself from the benefit of spa just because it can scrap your wallet off? Here is a fun, practical, thorough spa treatment that you can create at your own house with low cost.

First, you are going to need oil for moisturizing (olive oil, body oil, even a bottle of regular baby oil can do), brown sugar for gentle exfoliation, cucumber and/or tea bags for eye treatment, and milk and calamansi to keep your nails healthy and strong.

Second, make your spa concoctions. To make moisturizer and exfoliator, mix a handful of brown sugar and few drops of oil in a small bowl, enough to make the whole moisture damp without dissolve the sugar. To make eye freshener, put some slices of cucumber and/or tea bags in the fridge to cool them up. For nail cleaner and strengthener, pour milk into a bowl and cool it up in the fridge. First, treat your hair and scalp. Dip your fingers into the oil and gently massage on wet scalp. Position your hands with your palms facing the back of your head.
