Bai Ling will be featured naked in a series of new photographs by German artist Udo Spreitzenbarth in a new exhibition of life-size prints at the Berlinale gallery in Germany.

The couple are now in a relationship, which Ms Lloyd, who was crowned after she won a public telephone vote, insists began when they met at the after-show party.
